Replacing tranny tailshaft seal, how hard?

Discovered my oil leak is actually gear oil coming out of the back of the tranny where the driveshaft goes in. Truck is a 1993 2wd, 22RE, 5 speed manual.

How hard is this to change out? I'm assuming I can get to it without dropping the tranny out of the truck. Any special tools or pullers needed?

if i remember correctly the yoke is a slip in one and it is not too hard, when i had to do one i just used a screw driver and hammer to get it out and just tap it in with a hammer, u could loose a little fluid but not too much,
