well guys to start off this might b a dumb question but i was wondering where the temp gauge should b installed if before or after the cooler

if before the cooler it will tell the operating temp of the tranny and if after you would know how cool just the fluid is which i dont think is a bid deal

so thus i assume that it should b before the tranny cooler but just wanted to know yalls imput

I put mine before the cooler so I know if there is a problem. Didn't see a reason to know how cool the fluid was coming out of the cooler, but I do want to know if the fluid is getting too hot inside or coming from the trans.
