87 1st gen Toyota help

Ok so I'm fairly new to 4runners and don't know a lick about em, but I have been having issues lately after I did a complete rebuild replacing Pistons, bearings, rings, and gaskets. Now it sounds like I am running rich and am sucking a lot of fuel. There are no leaks anywhere that I can tell, but I really am sucking so much fuel its ridiculous and I have a good stumbling/hesitation when I accelerate along with a lack of power. Could it be my fuel injectors? Fuel pressure regulator? Throttle Position sensor? I have no clue where exactly to start on diagnosing this thing and I don't want to just throw money at it. Any thoughts or how much more information do you need? Thanks!

Did you check, double check, and then triple check the timing?

I sure did! But I will recheck it again tomorrow and see if it stayed. I think the specs on the underside of my hood said 6 degrees from tdc and thats right where she's at. Should I try advancing it and then receding it a couple degrees and see if that makes any difference whatsoever?

Did you jump the connector on the fenderwell when you did the timing?

I did that too, you jump 2 of the connectors in that little black box labeled diagnostic and that's supposed to reset the timing or something of that sort correct?
