i just droped a new 22re in my 92 4Runner, it starts fine, idles fine, has no power to push the truck. i have checked all hoses. everything looks fine. Any advice would be appreciated, Thanks...

Check the TPS.. Step by step process here TPS Info/specs/adjustment
it's a good place to start because if you already own a multimeter it doesn't cost you anything to check/adjust..
