3VZE Build Part 2

So my last build thread is so old I didn't want to bump it.... Anyway, I got my block all finished and took some sneak peeks for you guys. This is still under wraps in my town, no one knows, not even my dad who loves these trucks and buddies who wheel all the time. Here's some peeks

More pics probably sunday =)

I can't afford another motor, and I have faith. Not looking for power just reliability.

Some more updates. Can not, for the life of me, figure out where the hell the timing belt tensioner bolts to. There are 3 holes on the passenger side head, which one does it bolt to????

Well it's been awhile... It's taking so long because I found out that my dad put the heads on backwards and that's why the timing belt tensioner wouldn't mount right... So it's $120 for the gaskets. Since I just used my last paycheck for car parts for my other car I'm waiting until next week to get my check and finish her up.... Today I picked this up.....

So while I can't work on the truck this is what I've been working on....

And no, I'm not some ricer punk lol

You put a lot of work into that 3.0L. It looks great. I hope it last you a long time. Good luck.

I doubt anyone is still following this because I'm so slow with updating pictures lol Basically all I would need is 1 full day and the truck could be finished. BUT, I work Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Tuesday I hang out with my girlfriend so it really only leaves me Fridays which, I'm usually preoccupied with something else. So here's a quick update for anyone still following.........

Oh, in case I forgot to mention to you guys and gals, I have a dump bed setup. I used to move dirt, mulch, go to the junk yard a lot, and much more and this makes it SO much easier. My and my dad fabbed it all and its 3 electric screw style pistons.

(Excuse the messed up shell in the background.... Kids in my neighbor hood decided to spray paint and hammer some of it)
Also a big thanks to Brian (Mr.Wabbit) for the coolant sensor block. I lost mine

Well, exhaust is leaking out the ass, everywhere. Need to finish bolting the exhaust down. Need to tighten the thermo housing cover, small drip. Need to adjust the TB to get the idle right. BUT it is alive.
