Yep! Next summer. I need it this winter since a 70 Monte Carlo obviously wouldn't be so great... lol

It has been quite some time since I have updated. I have been busy with my car, truck and house. Finally sold the car and just about finished the house so no all of my attention has been on my truck. I ended up pulling the heads back off because of some bad compression. Turns out valves needed to be reseated. Torn the head apart, ground the valves and seats on the head in my house. Also replaced the valve stem seals. Everything good now! Sorry if the pictures aren't that great, I use my phone.

Winter is about to hit so I pulled off a knuckle and brought it inside to clean out. This grease smells terrible! lol

Thanks guys. I'm glad I'm done with the motor just gotta break it in now. Ripping apart the axle now to get it ready to be cleaned and then I'll powder coat everything.

Driver's side has been dismantled

I was suprised as to how little rust there was on the dust covers. Usually 1/2 of the cover is there due to rust
