Thanks man, any pics would be great.

Would there be some negative effects of running a 17 inch rim with 33x12.50 mud terrains compared to a 15 inch rim?

Perhaps when you air down for snow wheeling the sidewalls would be stiffer and the tire would spread out less? Not sure...

Thx guys

Anyone??? Really curious as to how the performance of a 17 inch rim would be compared to a 15 inch rim off road, aired down... ECT.

These are 2006 Tundra rims, pretty much the same. You shorten the sidewall, which cuts flex & gives a sharper turn response, but somewhat harsher ride. But the larger alloy wheels reduce the amount of rubber, reducing unsprung weight which gives you a better ride, so it's probably a wash. I like mine.

Sequoia Rims

Highlex Did you ever decide on the Sequoia Rims, or get a picture of them? I have the 17's on my 93 4Runner, and am looking to take them off and go to my stock rim setup. the tires on the 17's are just about worn out, and now is not the time to pick up new ones. I will take a picture of them on my 93 and post it if you are still looking for an image.
