Coolant System Leak? Among other issues...

Hey everyone...First let me introduce myself...I'm new here and my name is Ashley. I have been on other 4Runner forums and wasn't even acknowledged
So I decided to try to get some help here...
Long story short my mom fell in love with a 95 4runner 3.0L, which she has had for almost a year and has been unable to smog. We've had Toyota check it out 4 times ($155 per check) and each time they were able to get the Check Engine light off for a short period of time, until we gave up with them.
We've since taken it to several different smog shops and were told each time that whatever is causing the 4runner to not pass smog is minor, one shop told us to do an oil change and change spark plugs and wires. Did that, went back a week later and....it still won't pass.
Bought "Guaranteed to Pass" and poured it into the gas tank as it says to do, still won't pass.
Anyways....The very last time we were at a smog shop, 2 weeks ago the printout he gave me says "Coolant System Leak" I don't even know what that means?
I have it up for sale now but would hate to sell it if it's something that can be fixed without burning a hole in my pocket...
Any help is appreciated

Only one shop gave me a paper and thats the one that says Coolant Leak, the other shops just told me 4 codes... which weren't written down so I have no clue what they are now.

Is there any coolant loss ? This might indicate a head gasket problem that could cause the failed test. And by the way welcome.

It is easy enough to pull and clear the check engine codes:

Might have the shop that told you about the coolant leak point it out to you.

Sorry, it's a 95 3.0 V6
no coolant change,
It does have white smoke when starting up but goes away...
I noticed oil leaking from the seal yesterday...I just happen to have a brand new seal Toyota accidentally gave me...once I switch them out I will decide from there..
Also, I can clear the check engine light but once I take it in to have it smogged it turns on once they have the car on long enough.

If you can count the blinks to get the code it might help point you in the correct direction
