master cylinder leak of some kind, back window doesn't work, rust around wheel wells and by fuel filler door, exhaust leak from some deal with the cat not being there, a couple window problems, cracked sunroof maybe a couple other small things

Hopefully going to call to set up a time to look at it tomorrow, but he said two people are already coming to look at it so it might be sold
