choke sticking / process to clean choke / recommendation for brand

Hello,

My 4runner started having issues starting. starter would turn, engine gets going but then dies, went under the hood and turned the choke a few times, went back to start the car and it started up no problems. Had this happen twice so i think i need to clean the choke (??)

Wondering if any of the pro's have recommendations on brands of choke cleaner (do and do nots) and if they could share the process (again I'm no car expert and not sure if this is a simple spray over the surface or need to apart the air intake - never done this before) / tips and tricks to cleaning the choke

Thanks in advance. apologies if this is a really basic question.

if by choke you mean throttle body seeing as though this is is a section that no truck is carburated, then best thing you can do it take the throttle body off to clean it making sure every little port on it free of obstruction.

Call me crazy, but as a cleaning agent the best carb cleaners I have ever used is the Autozone brand.
