Moving to CO: any high altitude mods needed recommended

After 15 years of trying, I'm finally moving back to Colorado next month (Broomfield / North Denver area). I'm really looking forward to all the great trails, and other outdoor activities. However, is there anything I should change on my truck to run at the higher altitude?

You'll be fine in Denver. I used to live in Leadville which is at 10,200 feet and I would notice a significant increase in power when I would go down to Denver.

I have an old 22RE and I didn't have to do anything to it. But you will lose 3% of your horsepower for every 1K feet.

Seeing that you have 32"~ MT's...you should expect flooring the pedal a bit more to maintain freeway speeds on slight inclines. It's not bad but enough that you might be irritated and having you wishing for more power. If you don't mind it, then do nothing and simply adjust.
I would however recommend the deck plate mod but research it and draw your own conclusions.
Heading into the mountains is when a supercharger would definitely be nice and
mtgoat doesn't make that decision any easier when it comes to priceless $peed!

Re-gearing is something to also consider depending on your future modding plans..

I would like to take this time to apologize to the guy in the 90's Toyota 4x4 truck that I went flying by near the summit of McClure pass, it was rude of me to smile but I can't get this grin off my face
