Needing help with vacuum ports 87 4runner

I have been going thru my 87 22RE 4runner I just picked up for cheap and have alot of issues i am slowing working out. Linked are two picture of the things i am trying to fix. The first one is of a four way vacuum devise. One end does not even have a vacuum line to. Can anyone tell me what this is and where the vacuum lines are supposed to go.

The second link shows the back of the intake. There are two lines attached to a switch on the back of the intake that i have heard deals with fuel pressure. Both of mine are plugged. In that same link there is a round devise that i can not find where those vacuum lines should be. All three are attached back to the main vacuum system and none are on a swith or sensor.
The diagram on the hood is gone and given alot of things on this truck have moved vacuum diagrams do not help until i know what each part is.
Thanks for you help in advance.

www.autozone.com, repair manuals have vacuum diagrams. I would post one but I don't know if you have federal or cali emissions.

Thanks i have looked at quite a few diagrams including those on autozone. I posted links those pictures to hopfully learn what parts i am looking at so i can successfully use a diagram. Most diagrams have acronyms or names i do not recognise and alot of things in this 4runner are not in there factory location. I am not a rookie wrencher just new to yota's.
I also do not know what which emissions i have but i assume it is just federal.

First one looks like the Fuel Pressure Regulator Vacuum Switching Valve ( FPR VSV).

Closest one in the second picture is the EGR vacuum modulator, other one is the EGR valve.
