so i got the 2.4 2rz not the 2.7 so im using the 2rzs 5speed bell housing with my r150f? (does that sound right for the 3.0v6) and gona make motor mounts. i have the wire harness from ecu to everything but no ecu. what ecu do i need? will a 3rz 2.7 4x4 work?

the bell hoising off the 3rz and 2rz will bolt up to a w56 or g54 4 cyl transmission, as for the ecu, u need one off a 2rz from the same yr of the motor and harness.
these are great swaps for 4 cyl trucks, but ive never done one with a v6. marlin makes a bellhousing to put the 3rz/2rz in front of the r series transmissions
