My Rear Window Defroster was unhooked by the previous owner. I have located the relay for the defroster because it makes a clicking sound when the defroster button is pushed. What I need to know is how it is wired to the window. I found the one tab where I assume the positive goes but I don't know where the ground should be connected? Does anyone have pics of this?

I noticed mine wasn't working the other morning so I'll probably dig into it sometime in the near future and might be able to help.

 

When I repaired my rear window lift I had to disconnect/reconnect all this stuff. I think I recall the ground being connected to one of the metal channels that attaches to the bottom of the glass. These are the channels that the lift mechanism rides in. Unfortunately I don't have a picture.

Mine isn't working either. Been meaning to get to it. I was going to use the attached from the FSM to begin investigating what's wrong.
