Neverenough's 84 to 85 diesel build-up thread

Well I picked up where I left off a year and a half ago but only have limited time. Stripped an 85 previously 22re auto and found out the frame is much better than the one under the diesel so I started cleaning it up. Unfortunately because of time restraints It won`t even come close to looking as nice as some of the build ups here but it should be ok. My biggest regret already is not getting the frame sandblasted. Just wire wheeled it and paint this weekend.

Well we`ll see how chassis saver works out. Bought it a year ago and have read a lot of good and bad since. So far seems to be going on and sticking well.

Also ordered clutch and bearings from Marlin Crawler today and timing belt pulleys and all the gaskets I could think of. All parts were at least half price than the local Toyota dealer and cost me just under a grand total. can`t wait
