22re is the header holes pear shaped

bought a 90 4x4 with hedmann headers welded to 2.5 pipe no cat to flowmaster exhaust sound like leak removed head is pear shaped header is round is this correct thanx ahead

yes all 85 up 22r-22re cyl heads have the pear shape exhaust ports

but do the header itself have pear shaped ports or round mines are round
