The rear window assembly on my 87 runner was in such bad shape when I pulled it out. The tracks at bottom of window were rusted out and the little plastic wheels on regulator were ground to nothing...... I managed to find window with good tracks at junk yard ($8.50 super deal) as far as fixing the regulator I used a regular drawer slide set from lowes (bout $10) which just so happened to have little plastic wheels that fit right into the tracks.... cut the old wheels off regulator and cut the drawer slide so the little wheels axle was still in place with just enough metal to weld to regulator...... welded it, installed it and she workes like a champ.... probably better than new Im sure this is a big problem with these rigs so hopefully this helps someone............
