thermostat housing bolts came out of block

I removed my thermostat today to do a good coolant flush and 2 outta 3 nuts came off as the whole studs. the other stayed in and just the nut came off like it should.
what do i put on these studs so i can reinstall them. thanks!!

forgot to add earlier
they had gray sealent or somethimg on the ends of them

this is on a 95 toyot 4runner, i put it in the wrong area lol, but should be the same thing really.

If you can screw them back in just use some red loctite on the threads on the block side. or just pick up some new hardware and get rid of the stud altogether.

the studs had grey rubber on the ends, can i use rtv blue for this? i dont have any loctite
