hey everyone, my yota blows bits of foam into my eyes every once in a while, probably my truck getting back at me for being late on an oil change. but i wonder is there a way of rebuilding that unit with the flappers in it. has anyone done it here? tips? my other complaint is that it make a ton of noise but it doesnt blow very hard. ive driven other cars where the ac blower does the opposite low noise lots of "blow" lol. any ideas how to rebuild this ac unit? oh and it blows cold very cold so no problems with the freon.

 

Yeah mine blows foam into my eyes to. Mostly when i change from intake to recirculate or vise versa.
