86bedlesstoy's 1986 Pickup Build-Up Thread

To start off I bought this truck for $650 dollars. I guy told me he was going to pull the 22R and crush everything else! I had to save it. This will be my first Toyota build and I'm excited! I have only done some minor work to it so far. Both belts needed replace, Oil change, Rear diff fluid, valve cover gasket. Next on the list is the tranny, transfer case, front diff.

So I had decided to cut up the bed since it was rusty anyways! I like it, Really looking for some 33 TSL's or something! Will be taking the bed off and welding a straight bar with hitch to the frame from tough strength.

Only thing is I have to mount the seats swapped. The recline handle is to close to the door. Passenger in driver and Driver in passenger should work just fine!

If anybody have some 32's or 33's I'd take them off your hands. Must be a 15 inch rim.

Think I could fit a taco center console?

Buckets are in! Took it wheeling earlier and they are much more comfy than the old bitch bench.. haha

Thanks guys. Yea Jeff they are out of a 1983 Toyota Pickup. Don't know the model of what the seats are or anything. Paid $75. Those 32's are going to be looking great. Super Swamper TSL bias.. good deal too
