I also having a squealing pulley problem I believe. Sounds like a rattling fan but it isn't. Cause when I turn on the HEAT it gets very loud and annoying!

Something in your blower fan maybe??

I know that much, A piece broke off inside (fan blade). I'm just saying that when it is cold it's squealing every once and a while.

UPDATE: IDLER PULLEY REPLACED AND ADJUSTED BELTS. No squeal. Now for that fuel leak! Been very very very COLD outside lately

UPDATE: Getting about 9 miles to the gallon.. Engine running pretty bad. Blowing oil out the tail pipe. Either new head or do fresh rebuild. Smells like gas very bad.. Gas smell on dipstick!

UPDATE: Checking engine bay for leaks and such when I noticed my belt was a little loose on the alternator. Soo I grab a pry bar to hold it down and as I'm tightening THE BOLT SNAPS! Grrrr Now I have to pull the alt. and get a new bolt at some point when it isn't 20 degree outside. YODA JIMS here I come

No good bro!! Sounds like the high mountail cold has taken its toll on your truck.
I went with the LC EGR block kit, seems to have more power and runs alot better.

It's about 15 degree outside. Really need to get my truck back on the road. Even thought I'm wasting money with it getting 9 miles to the gallon.
