87' 22r 4x4 5sp brake Q's

Ok guys here is my question. I recently had some noise is my rear end and took my axles, diff, and brakes apart to find out that i just didnt have any fluid in my rearend, lesson learned i had a left ear wheel bearing down also that i didnt know about so the labor wasnt a total loss. I reassembled everything and bled the rear brake cylinders but my brakes ae still like a bowl of oatmeal..........MOOOSHY. Talked to some old time Yota wrench turners in my neck the woods and they said the master cylinder tends to go out after that type of thing so im needin to know if there is any other possibilities as to why even after ive bled the brakes there are still like this. THANKS
