wilwood brake proportion valve problem

just installed this adjustable valve and my rear brakes keep locking up even at the lowest setting anybody came across this problem ? thanks

I dont have any advice yet but I am putting in a whole new braking system in my rig and hope i dont have any problems like that. where did you get it from? I got mine from summit
