Will new springs move the axle forward?

Well i have half way inherited my brothers '84 toyota crawler and the lift he put on it was garbage. I'm looking to put 4" TrailGear springs on it all around. I need to know, Will the front springs move the axle position forward at all or will i need to fab up new brackets? Thanks

Depends on what garbage lift was on their before and what brackets are currently there, but typically the aftermarket lift leaf springs you buy relocate the front axle forward 1.5-3" depending on how you set things up.
