87 22r weird horn and radio issue.

i just installed a radio in my truck and now everytime i honk the horn the radio completely blanks out, as in looses presets and settings. i can push the power button and the radion comes back on but you have to reset everything, stations, time, bass and treble...everything. As far as i could tell it was a grounding issue.

So heres what ive done:
Double grounded the radio to harness and body of truck
Grounded horn body to rad support
tore apart and cleaned horn assembly.

there has been no change so now im completely lost. any input would be greatly appreciated before i lose my mind

just recently on the radio problem, zelephant had a problem of no radio and no horn ,he found out they shared a fuse. so you might check that fuse to see if it is making a good connection. if i understood his post right.
