shackle coming up and locking spring up, need some opinions

so i bobed my bed then did new TG 5 " rears an the shackle comes up around the frame, then when i unflex it stays in the up position till i pry it down, i have stock shackles, but i did move the frount mount forward 6" and the rear back 2" like they say to do, so do i need longer shackles or did they just think a frame would be there to stop the springs from going up that far? what do your rigs do? i was thinking of building a bumper to be my shackle stopper, heres a pic

either move your rear shackle hanger back more, or get longer shackles.

Looks like classic shackle inversion. If the hanger is back as far as it can go, likely a longer shackle is needed:

you could make yourself a bigger shackle or buy the 5in shackles that everyone sells. If you like the way it sits now then 5in shackles would look fine those springs are still going to settle a bunch.

can't open up the instructions on T-G's website for some reason, but I think I went 6" up front and 3" for the rear mount on my 5" springs
