93 runner Alarm Nightmare!! Please help!!!

So i am in the process of moving and I noticed that my brake lights weren't working. I checked the fuses first and noticed a 15amp that was fried so I replaced it. I also noticed a twisted piece of copper in a random fuse, there is an eyelet on the top of this copper piece but no wires to it and the copper wasn't joining any fuses together.

so anyway like a dummy i removed this piece and the nightmare begins.

My truck started fine and then after it was started my alarm went off. so I turned off the key thinking it would reset the alarm but no.. now the truck won't start at all. I have a load of my house belongings onn a trailer hooked up to the runner. I need help now please. Is there anyway to temporarily bypass the factory alarm? like by attaching a ground wire somewhere please help!!! I may be able to post pics if needed!!!!! Please help
