Adjustments on 85 pick-up for Rough Country 3" kit

Adjustments on 85 pick-up for Rough Country 3" kit
I have an 85 Pick-up SR5, and I just got the Rough Country 3" kit and before I start tearing my truck apart, I was wondering if I needed to do anything with the stearing and/or the drivesafts. Any info will help.
