Has anyone used one of these for VZE 6 cyl? They claim 15 hp. Any input here would be appreciated. The damn thing is only $30, so hard to go wrong unless they cause problems, but at $30, they could really easily cause problems.

yeah, totally useless... that's why "it's only $30"

if it were that easy and cheap to do, why would Superchips or Bullydog charge $200+ for their systems/programmers?

 

Exactly unless it reconfigures air to fuel ratio determines temps etc it doesnt seem like a chip would ever do anything

and btw saved ya thirty bucks haha

deckplate mod seems like a good idea
plenty of write ups on here

along with timing advancement

simple power boosts
and fuel efficiency depending on which way u were to go with the timing

 

O YA AND k&N INTAKE DOESNT SEEM TO SHOW ANY IMPROVEMENT THROUGH USERS ON HERE BEST BET IF HEADERS AND EXHAUST KEEPS THE ENGINE COOLER TOO

 

$30 is still a lot of money to waste.
