My 95 4runner with rebuilt 3.0 has a rough idle when sitting at stop sign.However when in nuetral it idles fine and when going down the road runs fine.Have checked all vacuum lines and all wiring and no leaks or crossed wiring.Any suggestions or help would be appreciatted.I went 249k miles before rebuild.I have put on about 1500 since rebuild and it runs fine other then above mentioned.

It is an auto and when you pull up to a light or stop sign the rpm's drop to around 500 to 600 and the idle is rough and the truck sometimes shakes.
