Problem with adding FJ coils to rear Leafs

So i've been running the kinda "jerry-rigged" setup of FJ Coil springs between the bump stops of my rear leafs on my 87 4runner.

Well, i bought an 85 and am swapping parts over right now. I finally finished swapping the springs over and found out that they rub the tire when compressed.

I'm thinking that another 1/2 in would fix this...but are spacers even an option?

To further mess the situation up...i'm trying to finish this tomorrow cause i've got a trip planned. So I'd have to buy the parts locally and not order them.

Any suggestions.

Wheel spacers or swap in an '86+ rear axle, it is 3" wider overall, moves the wheels/tires away from the frame.
