what in the hell would cause 150psi of oil pressure on my 86 22re.?

i kno im being vague in details.

buuuuut. i started it and drove it for abt 2 seconds and looked at my manual pressure gauge and it was at abt 150psi and the stock sr5 gauge was up just 1/8th to 1/4 inch above horizontal.

The pressure relief valve is stuck? Mine never goes higher than about 80 psi.
