Well me and my friend were thinking it was a cracked birfield. On closer inspection everthing looked good, the top knuckle bearing was toast. but got replaced. After putting it all back togther its still got a click pop when turning in 4wheel drive. dosnt do it in 2wheel. Im looking on suggestions on what it might be? maybe wrong gears in the rear, The rear end was replaced. with another rolling one not to long ago. How many teeth does a 410 gear have ill search for it. if someone knows off the top of there head or has a link handy... other thing it might be is the front spider gears could be shot? any merit to these ? thanks again sorry for the bad gramer. Been a long day.

We checked the hubs and fixed the dail part so it unlocks and lots fine.... but wouldnt it do it just going forward. it has a hard time getting out of 4hi in the transfer case like its binding up if that helps..
