Good job. I agree, darn plane!

Now find a safe unpopulated spot and open her up a bit so we can hear it.

I'm interested in an in-cab video/sound clip at 55, 65, and 70mph...if possible. To me, the in-cab sound is what matters...and it can't drone! If that's even possible...

well, I would do an in-cab but all you would hear is my tires at those speeds... they hum pretty loud. I'll see what I can do though.

That sounds nice!

Been thinking about getting a new muffler, and it was perfect timing that I came across your thread. As long as it doesn't drone, I'm pretty much sold for the Magnaflow.

I have an 18" in my 2001 now and its way too loud for me. I am too old for these loud mufflers. These sound clips dont sound any quieter so now I know I dont want a 24" either. Thanks for the clips, really helps.

Now I need to find one that is as quiet as can be. Anyone got one to trade?

I put on a 24" Magnaflow a few months back and can say that when you're accelerating you'll hear it, but in the case of the magnaflow its not a bad thing as it has a good tone. When you're maintaining speed in town <50mph you won't hear anything, >50mph there is a barely audible drone. >70mph you'll hear a slight drone. I have sound deadening all around, so I might be a little quieter than some with road noise. I was also worried about the drone before I got it and honestly its not bad at all, I couldn't be happier with how it runs.

@longroad
I couldn't agree with you more on those specs.. When I first got it, it wasn't nearly as loud. Now that it's broken in, it's noticeable. Im sure if I took my mud tires off and slapped some quiet AT's on I'd def hear every tone of the exhaust. I got some in-cab vids coming.. they are uploading as we speak.

Sounds good JWaldz -appreciate you younger guys that do these video/audio clips to help shoppers compare.

Sounds almost identical to the Stillen exhaust special a bunch of us got hooked up with last summer-which is I believe just a re-branded Magnaflow 24".

To me that is a good sound-just a slightly better way to hear what the motor is doing.
