Metric bolt hookup

Tractor supply used to be my hook up for any kind of bolts by the pound since when did they stop doing that ??

Anyone got any hookups for metric bolts nuts hell washers too if possible ???
None of the Ace crap thats like 2 dollars a bolt I can get genuine stuff for that price

Ive got tons and tons of standard bolts/nuts&washers but cant seem to find anyone local that has metric and has them for a decent prices

Any info on places to get them at a decent prices would be appreciated

You could try Fastenal, I work at one in Oregon and we stock metric and sell practicly anything you could think of. Different locations stock different amounts of metric, but it's worth a try.

x3 for Fastenal. For most applications you'll be buying bolts for on an offroad rig, they need to be grade 10.9 (similar to SAE Grade 8), and you're not going to find them in the "pay by the pound" bin.

Most any of your local bolt suppliers will have the Din metric bolts

I buy all my JIS bolts from Pointe Products in Michigan Last I looked the Fastenal`s did not carry these in my area or the website

If you didn`t know JIS is Japan Industrial Standard so your M-8 Bolts use a 12mm wrench M-10 use a 14mm wrench and the M-12 use a 17mm wrench with the distance between threads being 1.25 on all these bolts Some companies call them reduced head metric bolts.

Now I must say my first order to fill a bin with these bolts was around $500 but to me better to have then not.
