Or not so much a plug, but looks like maybe the guys of a relay.

It is a whie plug with 2 green/white tracer wires that go to a black piece of plastic with two copper "tangs" that are just open.

Here is the plug connected into the harness.

The wires from the harness are a green with whie tracer and red dots, and th other is black/white tracer. It is just hanging under the dash. Looking at the wire diagram i ahve no clue where to even start, becuase I do not know what section it is.
