Has anyone changed their own 99 runner LCA bushings?

Has anyone changed their own 99 runner LCA bushings?
Sorry guys but I need some advice here.
I was referring to another yota posters install of LCA bushings but I'm now realizing that the LCA on my 99 runner has no shoulder to press the bushings out from?
He was using plumbing fitting caps and a big vise but I don't see that as an option now for me.
How did you do your bushings on a 99 runner yourself??

Hm. I've never done 4runner LCA bushings. But on other vehicles, I've always burned them out. Not worth the fight when you can just light them on fire and let them sit for 30 mins. Once the rubber is all burned up you should be able to get them out without a press or anything.

yeah........I've been trying to avoid that process.
I have time so I've been soaking them in penetrating oil so they might break loose without beating them to death.
So you can see my problem...........no outside flange to press on.
It looks like I could hang the large flange of the bushing in a vise and hit the LCA........another process on the bottom of my list.
We'll see...........judging by the lack of replies.........maybe I'll break some new ground here.

ALL DONE!
You knew it was going to happen one way or the other!
4hrs to burn out the old ones and get the new ones in including complete
clean up. Now I just have to put the arms back in.
Lets just say my process involves a torch,2 vises, a sawzall, chisels, hammer and one plumbing cap for the install.
I'll do a write up on it since there seems to be almost no info on the process.
In the end..........If you're a regular guy with a new set of wrenches.......
Buy the arms with the bushings in them and NOT AFTERMARKET ANYTHING!
If you're experienced and have equipment ......it's not that bad.
P/N 40 in the front
P/N 50 in the rear
