New DeMello Rear Tacoma Bumper

Just Showin it, does this belong in anther section?

Any questions ask away. Be sure to click on the picture to get more pics. The wrap around is a production bumper I can sell and ship across the country. Same with the box one below it.

The other two are complete custom jobs. and can be custom ordered to how you want them.

If you are a TTORA member there is a discount on all bumpers.

...and with a spare tire mount whose hinge is on the passenger side so it doesn't swing out into traffic if we have to pull over? hehe. I am anxiously awaiting this and when it comes out I will be bargaining with the wife!

what about a yotatech discount for the 3rd gen 4runners?

also, could you maybe weld up a sheet of metal OVER the bars, so it doesn't look like a tube bumper?

yup I use what are called barrel hinges. I have seen the popular bearing hinge everyone used snap on the freeway. So I use two 1in barrel hinges on the passenger side.

e

The 4runner bumper I'm working on will only have a little tube and it will look good.

I give a discount too TTORA members cause they have over 5000 members nation wide and I'm a sponsor for them. I could possibly work somehting out with the owners of yota tech. But no one has contacted me.

LOL.. I was just saying today I'm so glad I bought a 4runner with some stuff done to it. I still got a million things to do to it before it's where I want it.. I put the sliders on the other day. Next is the rear bumper then the front bumper to match.

I have never shipped one, I'm not sure what it would cost as I havn't made any yet. Cost would depend on build time, material and options.

If I had to guess and this is really just a guess it would be somewhere around 700-1000? But I really don't know till I build one.
