get some longer shackles and some 25mm or 26mm torsion bars, that will compliment your 32s nicely.

Lift

I'm currently running stock torsion bars with a slight crank and PP Rear Coils. They are giving me between 1-1.5" of lift which clears the 32's except under full compression/full lock turn, then I get a slight rub.

I was pricing body and suspension lifts about a month ago. A body lift (2 or 3 inch) for my 4Runner is around $90 +$350 for installation including the bumper relocation brackets and parts to make my auto tranny work right. A 4" Trailmaster suspension lift is around $900 + $350 for installation including brake line extensions. They said I could get a 35" tire under that lift combination. I eventually want to go for a SAS, so I'll probably just go for the body lift and get HD torsion bars when I get a winch.

I hope that info helps.

I'm going with a suspension lift set-up that isn't too costly. I'm going to run 2.5" Cornfed spacers up-front on Bilstein shocks, and Downey 2.5" rear coils over the Bils. All in all including the shocks it's costing me about $700, but just the lift compontents are only about $450 or so. Now I got a heck of a deal on instalation, I met a guy at Merchants tire that is going to do my lift for me there for $120 and install my new 32x11.50s all at once, $575 for tires and install there, and $120 for lift install. not a bad deal if you ask me. If your wanting extra clearance for the tires I would go the body lift route b/c it's cheeper and does just the job of getting more tire clearance, but if you want some extra clearance all the way around for off-roading or w/e then go w/ a suspension lift. The only downfall of a body lift is that your frame is exposted, but that's nothing that a nice set of nerf bars can't cover up. Stay right at or under 3" w/ a suspension lift, things get complicted when they go over that, 2.5" gives me plenty of room to run up to 33s w/o a problem, maybe even bigger, and I don't have to extend the brake lines or anything just drope some brackets(this is according to the guy at Merchants who has done quite a few lifts). Hope some of that info helps.

P.S. You can pretty easily do a body lift on your own w/ a few friends, preferably strongs ones, but a suspension lift is a new game, you would need a friend that has done at least one b4 to make sure things go smoothly. I'm sure others will get in on this topic soon.

yea i think i will go body lift route, one i dont do extensive off roading or crawling. and two, with the extra money i can get a trd camshaft, and a few other gadets. if i lift my truck 3inchs (body) will i have problems with the shifters and the transfer case shifter? And one final question, has anyone every installed a cam? is it somthing for someone without all the mechanical know it all can do? Or those who installed pro, how much did you spend. I know the dealer wants 950 just to install that badboy, but not for that price.
