Emissions Question

My new 4runner had a manual tranny swapped in in place of the auto it had. I am trying to figure out the loose ends in the engine bay. I am trying to reconnect the emmissions so i do not have half installed pieces. I found an interesting thing today. I was chasing down the Pair valve connections and discovered my air filter assembly does not have a inlet for the hose to the PAIR valve. It struck me as odd. On my 89 4runner the inlet is on the bottom of the housing that is bolted to the fender. Is the 86 differnt? The bugger of it all is the vacuum lines. Does anyone have a sketch or diagram of the metal lines and their inputs and outputs that I can see where the metal lines go?

Thanks!!
