idk, I run Downey(RIP) 26 mm(
) bars and haven't had any issues with them. Besides, it's Hitrac suspension ANYWAYS...it'll be fine. I've driven years with a winch/bumper and years with just the OEM bumper. I really didn't notice THAT much of a difference. I just feel better having the bigger bars on to help support the wieght...plus I like to jump...

on my 91 i had the v6 auto and put the arb bull bar with warn winch, i went with the downy 26 TB and upgraded to billstein shock and i was very happy with the outcome, i was concerned about doing a nose dive when i hit the brakes with all that new wait, but that set up did just fine

Really, how much weight would that take off cause my winch is pretty heavy? but while im at it will a Smittybilt 8k winch fit in a Warn bumper? Im pretty sure it will but just checking

Check my build thread, link in my signature.
I have a bull bar and a Warn M8000 with the factory wire rope. The stock T-bars do not have high enough rate for this setup, the front rode like a Cadillac after the bumper and winch install. I put the OME T-bars in, it is almost back to stock ride quality, maybe a little softer.
You will want to upgrade the T-bars in some way.
