My 4runner hesitates and shakes when i press the gas, and now that the problem is worse it doesn't run almost at all(it'll slowly crawl around the yard[no gas]). I pulled the fuel filter several times and emptied it, it had water in is. I then drained the tank and there was no water. We have a parts 4runner so I've been swapping out several of the parts to see if any of mine are no good but no luck so far.

Another issue is that my diagnosis plug doesnt work, or at least i cant jump TE1 and E1 when trying to properly time it.
Anyone have any ideas?

 

I can't find whats causing the problem, I guess I'm gonna have to take it in. If anyone has any ideas though, please reply, or PM me.

 

Found out it was the TPS, fixed it by replacing it with another and adjusting it with an Ohm meter. this also fixed the diagnosis problem, I've timed it now. hope this helps someone with a similar problem.
