Ive been working up a list of parts during the cooling sytem rebuild on my 82 Trekker and came up with the following list for cooling system / heater hoses and some parts. I was trying to replace all of the stock hoses with as close to original as I could find and here is what I came up with, they are all from Autozone. First, the lower radiator hose, part # M-137 $13.99, the upper radiator hose, part #S-249 $9.99, the engine to pipe elbow part # S-361 $9.99. The heater hoses took a little research, Autozone sells several peices but they require splice kits, I did some digging on Summit and cross referenced some parts that fit like the originals! The short heater hose from the valve to the core, buy autozone part # M-4106, you will need to trim it to fit but the excess fit perfectly between the heater valve and the inlet behind / below the intake. The S shaped hose that connects the "pipe" to the bracket joint on the driver side fender is the one that they tried to sell me 2 seperate hoses and a union, I found part # 63089 on summit and was able to buy it at Autozone for $16.99, after trimming about 6" off the big end it replaced the stock S pipe perfectly. Other that that you will need to buy 3' of 5/8" id heater hose for the line that runs from the fender union up, I only used about 2'5" but you can only buy it by the foot. I also picked up a 10 pack of stainless steel 7/16" to 29/32" clamps and 6 stainless steel 1 1/16" to 2" stainless steel clamps at Lowes for a few dollars... The Autozone thermostat, 180 degree part # is 15868 $ 9.99 and the gasket is part # 35239 $1.99. I also replaced my radiator cap with a pressure release unit, Autozone part # 7712, its a 13psi stock unit $5.99, they also have a non lever type for $4.99 but having the lever is great if you find a leak to blow off the pressure. I hope this helps anyone looking to replace ALL of the heater and radiator hoses on a 22R!

4. Heater hose, engine "pipe" to drivers side fender coupler, S shaped part# 63089 $16.99
5. Short heater hose from the lower side of the heater valve to the left heater core inlet with 90 degree bend to firewall,part # M-4106 $14.36 trim the excess off and use it to replace the bypass hose from the upper side of the heater valve back to the inlet on the engine below the intake.
6. 3’ of universal 5/8” heater hose from the drivers side fender coupler to the right side heater core inlet.
7. Thermostat, 180 degree part #15868 $ 9.99
8. Thermostat gasket is part #35239 $1.99.
9. Radiator Cap, 13psi lever release part # 7713 $5.99
10. Radiator Cap, 13psi standard part# 7013
11. 10 pack 7/16” to 29/32” stainless steel clamps from Lowes
12. 6 1/16” to 2” stainless steel clamps from Lowes
