I may have found some 3.0 headers for my 88, the guy thinks they are Downey but isnt sure, he has the headers and crossover pipe. Is $200 obo a decent price for used headers from a company thats out of business?

 

If the headers are the ceramic coated ones, then, yes, $200 is an excellent price.
