Ok I don't really want to start my build with out some ideas from the guys out there on my build idea (newbie)

I want to run Dana44 front, Dana60 rear(found both for $600), dual cases, twin stick(not real sure how it works), 350 radiator w/electric fan, LC Engineering supercharged stroker 22re, interior I have no idea about but my seats are trashed

Dana 44?
Run a dana 60 in the front..
You don't need a 350 radiator, just find an aluminum finned one..
twin stick engages front/rear differently.. so you could have front low, rear high or vice versa..
or front low, no rear drive.

Also, the toyota axles are VERY strong, especially with chromoly shafts and marfield-joints in the front.

Incorrect. It seperates shifting from 2wd into 4wd and High Range into Low range.

So you can have 2low.

Lots of folks run very large tires with solid toyota axels, why do you want to switch to Danas?

Interesting idea, should make for a cool truck, don't know that i've seen one that I knew had Danas.

Have you considered the 4.3L chevy swap instead of a super spendy 22re? Might be worth looking at if you plan to spin big tires.
