Bad Bearing

Well its starting to get cold here in Toronto and last night when I started my 96 Taco I got the usual power steering pump noise for few seconds then I heard my throw out bearing make a little noise and then I heard some new sounds Ive never heard before, it sounded like wind chimes, creepy wind chimes and I hadnt started moving yet. It pretty much lasted for 20 minutes before it died down. My truck has 398877kms on her so I know stuff is going to be worn out but what would make that noise, I have 2 thoughts, first Im thinking the bearing at the top of the timming belt or 2nd the AC is pooched, I watched my temp and it never moved, my worry is that something is going to let loose and leave me stranded. I have to figure this out, anyone have some Ideas.

Were you setting still for that 20 minutes or driving also, and did it change any when you pushed in the clutch to shift, and did the noise change with acceleration\decceleration?
