81 front bearing re-pack

So I got a call from my mechanic telling me that he had forgotten to pack the front bearings with grease when he rebuild the front axle. Nobody's perfect.
To his credit, he refunded me $100 from the rebuild since I've already moved two states away and he wasn't able to finish the job himself. Fortunately I haven't put but maybe 5 miles on the rig since the rebuild, and none of it over about 25MPH...it was trailered for the move.

However that leaves me with the task of packing the bearings myself. Unfortunately due to the aforementioned move all my manuals are packed away somewhere and I've never worked on locking hubs before so I don't know if there's anything special I need to keep in mind or if it's as straight forward as regular 2wd hubs.

Any assistance with information (links, scans of manuals, etc.) would be greatly appreciated.

**ETA**

A previous owner has replaced the factory Aisan hubs with Warn units if that makes any difference.
