Amsoil Air Filter versus Original / Toyota Air Filters???

Guys, what is the diff between the two? Seems to me millions of 4Runners have logged well over 200 thousand miles on 'em using Toyota / off the shelf filters.... So what makes Amsoil Filters so great?

The OEM/Stock filter is paper, while the Amsoil is oiled foam. The Amsoil has been shown in tests to be superior in airflow to both stock and oiled gauze filters like the TRD and K&N.

Either stick with the stock or an Amsoil. Do not use the K&N type Gauze filters as they have been shown to let more dirt in than any others.
