Cheap exhaust options

i'm just looking to put on a cheap cat-back system to replace my old rusted one. i don't care too much about performance gains or tone, so i was thinking of ordering this kit
http://www.jegs.com/i/Dynomax/289/17418/10002/-1
it's $100, but with a $50 rebate until the end of the year.

is this a good option for a bolt-on cheap-o exhaust? any suggestions?

yeah go to a local shop.. dont get a bolt on exhaust.. youll have to worry about gasket leaks and all that . go with magnaflow or flowmaster they are both cheap and they both make great products. i have 40 series flowmaster on my 22re..

You guy's are crazy

Your telling him to go with crush bends over mandrel

I run the dynomax, bought mine through summit and it required a hookup, got the whole thing for less than 110 shipped, and Gasp, there are no leaks, it's like the did research on the best flow for these trucks or something;-)

I was honestly kind of let down though as it is super quiet, I think even quieter than my rusted out stock exhaust was...

When I throw a different engine in I will be going with duals out the back, and I will go to a local guy and get crush bends, but I will run a 2 1/2 inch pip so it won't matter so much.

Also, this exhaust installs in about 20 minutes, super easy and remember it is galvanized so eventually you'll have to replace it as well.
