Question Interco Super Swamper TSL Bias Q78-15LT Opinions

I am considering these for my next tire purchase. I'm currently running some 35x12.50 BFG AT's because I got them very cheap used. The Q78-15LT's seem to be close to a 35.5x10.50 which would be a very nice size for my stock height 5.29 geared 4runner with stock rims, but I'm unsure of a bias ply tire.

My 4runner is not my DD as I have a company truck and the 4runner rarely gets used for much more than trips to Rausch Creek - the local offroad park. I do more crawling than mudding at RC. If I didn't get the Swampers, I'd get a set of BFG KM2's, but then I am stuck with a 35x12.50 and I don't think I'll want to run a new set of 12.50's on these 7" rims, so I'd probably get a set of 8" wide Soft 8's too. My low-tread AT's rub a very small amount here and there after all of my cutting & pounding. Also, the BFG is 61lbs and the SS is 65lbs, so at least they're not obnoxiously heavier. I guess my main concerns are on-road behavior, noise, & wear.

Does anyone have any first hand experience with the Q78-15LT's?

If not, what are your opinions on the TSL Bias Swampers?

I probably don't have to make a decision until mid to late winter as my AT's do have some tread left and there are more armor items I want to get first.

Haven't ran a bias ply tire on my truck, I've heard they don't ride great on the street, but if that doesn't bother you then I don't see the problem. I've seen TSLs on many very capable truck, that's gotta tell you something. As for the KM2s, I just got a set a set a couple weeks ago, but am yet to test them. They seem to ride better than my old KMs on the street, but again if thats not one of your concerns, who cares. I say get the TSLs so you can give us a more accurate perspective of how the tires actually perform.
